« The staff was amazing and the housekeeping was really good about coming to clean. However, the condition of the hotel was absolutely horrible and absolutely nothing like the pictures described the toilet made a loud sound throughout the whole night. The room was super dusty and outdated. The phone didn’t work in the room. The TV also was very outdated. »

As a single traveler, I was a little concerned about parking and walking to the front door of the hotel alone at night, but I made it. It’s extremely clean. Very nice rooms nice bedding very quiet. Be aware that there is no elevator. And I did not write it high on a amenities because there are not many amenities. Nice bathroom, toiletries, coffee service in the hall that’s about it. « The hot breakfast was good. The second morning we were there, breakfast was not served and a we were given a paper bag with a banana, bagel and bottled water. You are almost forced to use the valet service for your care. The hotel is going through a major renovation and I'm sure it will be better when it is completed. The bed linens were a little "tired". »
