„Nice property. Good food at the buffet and restaurants. Most staff were professional and helpful. Need more night activities that do not end so early. Teach the dining staff the difference between a sari and a coverup. A coverup can be a sari but not all saris are coverups. Nice place to stay especially for first timers in the country. Transportation was highly accessible at the property which is very convenient. Lots to choose from for off resort activities.“

„The building is in good shape and generally a really nice place to spent time in. The dedication of the staff to make your stay as comfortable and easy going as possible is what stood out to me. From the service personnel , event management to the bars and not to forget the entertainment team everyone is doing their best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. You should always have some tip money ready or you’ll regret. Can only recommend this place!“

There are some areas that can use some attention (we had a few things in our room that suffered from wear and tear), but by no means a deal breaker. The entertainment was great, and there is a lot to do without leaving the resort. We did though, and enjoyed every minute. We will go back and will most likely stay at the Riu. Lovely vacation!!“

Getting reservations for the restaurants is difficult and the process to book for more than 2 people a little wonky. Be prepared to be frustrated there but not a deal breaker for us. We will go back simply for that beach.“
