„Sehr großes Zimmer, sauber, die Anlage ist generell sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Bietet viele verschiedene Aktivitäten und Animationen - es ist immer etwas los. Tolles Hotel für einen Urlaub. Kleiner Kritikpunkt - das Abendessen bietet nicht viel für Vegetarier. “

„Wir können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen. Hervorragender und freundlicher Service, sehr gute Restautrants und genügend Platz am Strand. Die Anlagen sind weitläufig verteilt, aber mit den regelmäßig verkehrenden Shuttles gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Der Komplex Sia'an Kaan liegt im Dschungel. Abends gab es dort viele Mücken.“

„Freundliches Personal, welches natürlich auch Trinkgeld gerne entgegen nimmt aber nicht drum bettelt (nicht aufdringlich). Zimmer immer aufgeräumt und minibar auch regelmässig aufgefüllt. Regelmässige Unterhaltung auch top. Seriöse Reisen (z.B. Maya-Tempel) im Hotel buchbar. “

„Ein super schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Baden ist hier mit Badeschuhen sehr gut möglich. Auch Schnorcheln lohnt sich. Das Essen vor allem im Brasil abends ist super. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten im Hotel etwas zu unternehmen. Sei es Schnorcheln in der Cenote oder auch schwimmen im hoteleigenen Fluss. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und stehen zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Besonders schön waren auch die Tiere, welche sich absolut frei in der Anlage bewegen ...

„The hotel as well as (especially) the staff were extraordinary. The different dining options in the different restaurants, the immensity of the place, the environment, the beach, the helpfulness of the staff, were all fantastic. One thing I would improve: the various evening programs in the adult only part only lasted until 11pm. Being in the part of the hotel where only adults were allowed, the evenings could be extended a little later with maybe different theme evening.“
