« The cabin was very nice. The access to a boat launch was not what we expected. There was no way to launch our jet ski from the Marina. Overall, it was a very nice area. »

« Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained. »

« The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. »

« No pets allowedVery small but perfect for 2 . Under new ownership and the new owners seem to be making upgrades to the property. Check in was a breeze and Brian is very responsive.The bungalow is a walkable distance to the beach and lighthouse. »

« Was here for work, which is close by, so it was nice to find a reasonably priced VRBO in this area rather than driving from Geneva. Newly remodeled and well equipped. A great place to stay. »

« Upon arrival at the home it presented just as depicted in the pictures!! Stayed with my two children and they LOVED it as much as me. The property felt serene, cozy, and comfortable. « We stayed at Sodus bay view for Christmas weekend2025. The property was clean and was the perfect place for our family to “meet in the middle” for the holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a nice assortment of glassware , pots pans and silverware. The beds were comfortable and even though we provided our own linens for each it didn’t deter from comfort or the over all experience. The water was HOT and shower pressure good. « Nice, one floor cottage. Kitchen had many items to cook and bake with. Lots of blankets and heaters if needed. Some items in the outdoor deck box to make a fire for s'mores. Will need kindling in the future. The view was beautiful! Mattresses were nice and we all slept well! Quiet because we went off season. Would definitely come back! Messages were answered quickly! »
