« The hotel is centrally located near Liverpool Street. However we had a room facing bishopsgate road and the windows in the living room was broken and didn’t close properly so the noise was unbearable. The spare bed for a child was setup in this room but they couldn’t sleep we had to move them into the bedroom. Also one of the bedrooms there was no window to open so it was incredibly stuffy.
