« The hotel is centrally located near Liverpool Street. However we had a room facing bishopsgate road and the windows in the living room was broken and didn’t close properly so the noise was unbearable. The spare bed for a child was setup in this room but they couldn’t sleep we had to move them into the bedroom. Also one of the bedrooms there was no window to open so it was incredibly stuffy. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here in summer as no air on or opening window. However the concierge staff...

« We didn’t end up staying at the property for a few reasons. There were about 14 stairs to get up to the property, no lift. The property was one room with a shared bathroom and it was on a busy street. Finally, there was no a/c . We moved to the hotel across the street. »

« Place was okay! We were a family of 5, this was supposed to be a 2 bedroom, with queen beds and sofa bed. We got 2 full beds, and a sofa, not a sofa bed. Only one bathroom and NO AC! Not that AC wasn’t working, there isn’t any window AC or central AC. Instead there are fans, one per room. For the amount of money, I think there are better places available. Parking is also a pain because you have to walk around the block and then underground, costing over $140 for 10 days we stayed. However I must...

"There was honestly very little to appreciate about this experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it was only a 25 minute walk from the festival we were attending. However, after arriving, paying for the room, filling parpersork and being charged a £100 so-called “pre-authorisation,” we were informed that there was no room available due to a bathroom issue. We were then told that we had no choice but to be relocated to another hotel. The transfer itself was badly handled, as the driver ( who told us this happened frequently “allegedly”), first dropped us at the wrong location, forcing us to walk additional time with our luggage before finally reaching the replacement hotel ( 20 min walking distance from the first one). It was completely different from the one we had originally booked and did not match our expectations in anyway, and felt like a sauna as well. Because of this relocation, our journey to the venue went from 25 to 45 minutes, which significantly affected our stay and overall experience. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing “hotel” experience, and certainly not the service or accommodation we originally paid for."
