„Lautstärke der Poolpumpen, Renovierungsarbeiten (Anstrich der Häuser) über ca. 14 Tage und andauernd mit Wasserdruckreinigung und weiteren lauten Geräten, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Service gut, nicht immer alles direkt gemacht, aber bei Nachfrage nachgeholt. Werden wir bei der nächsten Reise wieder in Betracht ziehen.“

„My overall stay was great. I liked the service, the location, and the amenities were great too. However, the AC shut off at approximately 5 am. I woke up at 5 am in sweat. There was no electricity until 4 pm and my food went bad. It was uncomfortable. We had to leave the apartment until it was fixed because they couldn’t accomodate our needs. “

„We really enjoyed the house as well as the resort amenities. The house was very relaxing and spacious for my whole family. The only parts that we wish were a little different, but not game changers - the kids bunk room had white thin curtains that let in a lot of light. My toddlers sleep around 7pm and the room was so bright they couldn't sleep. It wasn't until around 9pm that the room got dark enough they would finally fall asleep. The master had the dark blackout curtains. The other was no fan ...

„The cleaning that was done in that apartment prior to my arrival was less than satisfactory. I rented a 3 bedroom for myself and my two boys however upon checking the sheets, one bedroom had stains on the mattress cover. It looked as though someone spilled butter from popcorn (there was m actual kernel in the bed) and the cleaning person did not clean the sheets. It was disgusting so, that room was not used which was disappointing. There was also hair in the shower, one of the bathrooms were not ...

„Everything was as listed. Lots of space in the property. The Wi-Fi was not the best, but the Vacasa manager was amazing and mitigated my issue quickly and effectively. It would have been nice to have a pool pass though. “
