« Nous avons aimé la chambre et le petit déjeuner cependant notre séjour a été décevant. Le personnel à l’accueil n’était pas très aimable. Le jour de noël la piscine était bondé de monde et l’accès nous a donc été refusé (peut être qu’un système de réservation ce jour là aurait été nécessaire). Nous y sommes allées le lendemain mais l’eau était très froide et le jacuzzi était fermé. « Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

A 1 min à pied d'une station de train /bus , quartier tranquil, dans la rue Barbier, plusieurs Resto rapides , supérette. Je recommande cet hotel pour ma part j'y retournerai avec plaisir ! »

« Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind. The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old. Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around. « On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place.
