severe misrepresentation of the property, failure to provide advertised amenities, and serious safety concerns that materially affected our family’s only annual vacation.The listing advertised functioning televisions and a heated pool. In reality:None of the televisions worked when we arrived and we were required to make time to remain at the property for three consecutive days while technicians attempted repairs, causing us to miss large portions of our trip. Some of the TVs still did not work after the repairs. The WiFi was horrible and technicians also came to the house to add WiFi extenders that did not fully solve the problem. The heated pool never functioned during our stay despite being a primary reason we booked the property. We would wake up to the pool jets spraying out of the pool because it also would leak water. The host was well aware of the problem and did not want to turn the heaters on. She told this to the house manager. We asked the pool cleaner if he could and he said he was advised not to. The guest bathroom sink leaked onto the floor whenever used and needed a handy man to come fix that as well.The faucets sprayed water outward when turned on, making them difficult to use. And soaked my children multiple times leading to huge clean up And outfit changes.Those are the main issues but there were numerous others. We have already reached out to the realtor selling the property and are pursuing further action
