„The hotel is located right beside a very busy highway. We had a room facing this highway and it was extremely loud the whole night because the windows are not double-glassed. So be aware and ask for a room NOT FACING to the highway when you are booking.“

Only found out that the shuttle was available only during weekdays due to staff shortage when I called on the Sunday I arrived at the airport and had to take a 22$ Uber to get to the hotel instead. „Einfaches, typisches Motel an der Durchgangsstrasse, entsprechend laut. Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Für 2 Nächte war es ok. Das "Hotelfrühstück" besteht aus Obst und Müsliriegeln, besser mit dem Auto 5 Minuten ins Zentrum in die Skaneateles Bakery fahren. “

„We stay in this beautiful old (with modern amenities) hotel, which we certainly hope has protected landmark, status every Christmas when we come to Syracuse to visit family. We love it. Staff is superb and always welcoming and helpful… and really go above and beyond.
