„The room overall looked clean but I found hair that didn’t belong to me on the pillows and the towel. The soap dish wasn’t cleaned and the shower didn’t drain properly (also some hair left in the basin). I also wasn’t given a trash can for my room. The blackout curtains wouldn’t slide all the way over so I had some trouble sleeping as well. Otherwise, the breakfast was good and the staff was kind. “

„Nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Chose to stay at the hotel because it looked clean, was well rated and had an airport shuttle. Only found out that the shuttle was available only during weekdays due to staff shortage when I called on the Sunday I arrived at the airport and had to take a 22$ Uber to get to the hotel instead.
