« mal insonorisé »

« Chambres propres, personnel très accueillant, parfaitement situé »

« This probably is the best option if you are looking for a cozy solution in the heart of Mayfair, a stone throw away from Piccadilly Circus, SoHo, Chinatown and Knightsbridge. Compared to other similar hotels, the only thing I did not like was that, if I wanted to have egg Benedict with my continental breakfast (instead of boiled eggs) I had to pay £16 extra. In this sense, the Mayfair Townhouse and the Franklin Hotel do not charge any extra. »

« There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay. »
