„This was our first time using VRBO to rent in PDC and everything was great. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The condo is in a perfect location with Walmart one short block away and 5th ave/ the beach / a short walking distance. We arrived before the check in and the concierge watched our bags while we went to get something to eat and shop for our supplies. Check in instructions were all good. „Pretty much just as advertised. Very nice property manager named Jessica. King suite with balcony was a good size and climate control worked great. Eli the house keeper was also very nice. House keeping appears to be on request. I only requested it once. The construction of a large condo opposite the balconies is loud but only occurs during the day Monday-Saturday. If patio doors are closed you cannot hear it. The only real issue I had was with the apartment electronic door lock which was ...
