„I booked this last minute and so glad I came across it. Booked King but got free upgrade to large King. Everything excellent, very comfortable, quiet, clean, plenty of extras in room including bottled milk in fridge, two bottles water, cotton wool and buds as well as the usual shower gel, shampoo, conditior soap, and an extra nice touch wine glasses in room. Host very friendly and informative, folder provided with lots of information on local area. Mini bar with honesty box available in lounge. ...

„Mike & Lynn provide everything you need for a stay in The Lakes. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful gardens. Great food and a friendly nature towards their guests. The location is perfect for being close to the village centre and a great base for visiting surrounding areas. Cannot recommend enough and will be definitely visiting again. “

There is no breakfast, despite the fact that they advertise on the booking platform,that a breakfast would be available for £10.- additional charge per person (it seems that they stopped serving breakfast with COVID).
