„The location of the property is amazing, right on the bank of the River Severn which meant the television was never turned on. This historic house is spacious, there was seven of us staying, a great layout and very comfy. Our host Alison provided great communication, made sure we had arrived OK and that all was well upon our arrival. „The room was gorgeous and in general, the location was perfect, very central and down by the river. But if you are a solo traveller and early riser, spending the evening in the room was made a bit sour because of the very loud music from the hotel restaurant, even through the closed window. Also, the WiFi was totally unreliable, which was annoying. “

„Nice little hotel right at the river front! Easy check-in/out, the room was small but spotless clean. Very quiet setting at a cul-de sac road. No noises during night, pub downstairs doesn't bother at all. Only parking is scarce, but available on the nearby roads. Would go back anytime!“

„Nice hotel, some communal areas bit shabby. Radio music in bar and restaurant way too loud, need to consider more muted music and preferably not the radio. Spa small but well maintained. Another customer on facetime in jacuzzi! Maybe notices about not using phones. Staff in all areas very friendly. “

„Das Hotel ist ein echtes altes Landhaus mit dem englischen Charme. Kein Boden ist gerade und es ist ein wahres Labyrinth. Eben was den Charme ausmacht! Aber klar sind Zimmer/Bad nicht auf ganz neustem Stand, aber das Bett ist top und das Frühstück auch. Zudem ist die Lage ideal: nur ca. 15 Min vom Bahnhof weg, am Anfang der schönen kleinen Altstadt. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.“
