Property was quite and fire pit in rear added to country living experience. I have already recommended this property to several friends and plan to return in spring.“

„Our host was just wonderful! He was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond by even bringing my grandson an air mattress & showing us his horses. The cabin was beautiful and the outdoor fireplace and hammock was great. The only problem we had was the television service was spotty even after our host tried to fix it. „This is an excellent place to stay. It is 20 min. north of Binghamton and 45 min. east of Ithaca, where we did many hikes. But each day, we looked forward to returning to the cottage. Where you are staying, you wouldn't know there was a town within a 100 miles. The only noise you will hear is birds happily singing. „We loved the space. Would like a few more regular things (dish sponge, small dresser in bedroom, a few more basic dishes), just to make it more “homey” feeling. Instructions on the TV, and access to the remotes in the playroom would make it better. Overall the place was spacious, beautiful, clean, and quiet. We will be back at least once a year, probably more and having the apartment in the same town as our kids and grandkids is perfect.“

„We stayed at the lake house for about a week and half in June and had a blast. The weather worked out for us and we spent nearly everyday on the water with our pup. The house had kayaks and a pedal boat for use. Water access couldn't be any easier. We also brought our mountain bikes and rode around and hiked on local trails. Overall we had a great, and much needed, relaxing vacation.“
