« This home was perfect for the family. It is located on a quiet, dead end street. Four bedrooms and plenty of communal space. Our favorite part was the back deck leading out to Moose River for some great fishing. The kitchen had all essentials and the bathrooms were nicely updated. While there were some new renovations, it still had the old rustic charm we like. The property owner was responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to stay again. »

« Great old farmhouse 5 minutes from Dreams Park. Very nicely remodeled. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Bathrooms were remodeled tastefully with all the amenities and more that you could need. Brand new washer and dryer which turned out to be very useful. Nice private pool area with plenty of seating, Great place to relax at the end of a long day at Dreams Park. Had a nice outdoor grill, but we did not use. Overall fantastic house in a great location if your kid is playing...

« We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors! »

« Very clean, modern & well maintained property. Extremely convenient to Dreams Park for our son's games throughout the stay. The host Jennifer was fantastic and extremely responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend the property and when we are back in two years with our younger son at Dreams Park we will look to rent again. »

« This property was perfect for our family traveling to Cooperstown Dreams Park. It is super clean, updated, tucked off the main road and has the cutest porch for morning coffee. It’s equipped with the essentials and a 12-15 min drive to groceries and Dreams Park. Host was available and answered quick when we had questions. »

« This quaint and very comfortable Lakeside House is a fabulous retreat! The house is clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with the essentials. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable. The view is stunning and ever changing with interesting wildlife. We particularly enjoyed using the Kayak(s) and the firepit. The shed had plenty of supplies for aquatic activities and grilling. « Property was great! Perfect condition. Well stocked. Extremely clean. Had three grandchildren, 10, 9 & 9. Loved the lofts and the creek! Great interior layout, privacy for grand folks, fun cozy lofts for kids. Well laid out common area. Central kitchen & dining counter kept us all together. Helpful hosts. Plenty to do in close proximity. »

The home was perfect for our us, it is tucked away in a lovely neighborhood just beyond the All Star Village facility. It is a 3 minute drive and actually walkable should one desire a walk. « This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...
