„The apartment was cute! It was clean and smelled good! It looks like the finishes were rushed in the apartment but I did like the character of the different rooms! The front porch and the sun porch in the back were great sitting areas! If you like to watch TV, this is not a place for you! There's only like six channels available to watch and it's not a smart TV so you can't hook up your own stuff. „Thousands of mouse dropping by entrance. Have to step in to enter. Cabin smelled like mouse urine throughout. Large ants everywhere. Multiple screws loose and missing from stair case in cabin. Very unsafe. We left after one night short of our reservation. We only stayed 10 hours in the place and only because we were exhausted from traveling. Host refused to refund as he said I signed up for a “ cabin experience “. What a joke !!!!“

„The rental was clean and overall we were very pleased. However, the water smelled like rotten eggs which made it undesirable to take showers, washing, and water used for coffee and cooking. Also, it was not easy to contact the owner. We had to call Vrbo customer service line to get their contact info. We left a message on their voicemail but never actually got to speak to them.“

„The place was perfect for us. It was only a half hour from Oneonta where my son played baseball for the week. It had everything we needed. We had a small request when we got there and the host immediately got back to us and fulfilled the request. We would stay there again!“
