„We really enjoyed our stay (in town for my son’s Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament). The place was very clean and all kitchen and bedroom essentials were included. Towels for the bathroom were fresh and ready to use. The washer and dryer, grill, and coffee machine were especially handy. The WiFi was strong, the AC was cold, and the water was hot, so no issues there either. Communication with the owner Brad was quick and easy. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here. „The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We loved being on the property, saw deer and a family of wild turkeys while sitting on the back deck. Watched the sunsets and sunrises and moon rise. Our host was quick to answer all of our questions. We had absolutely no problems and would definitely stay here again. „Beautiful and clean lake house for our stay near Cooperstown. Kids enjoyed the fishing and we loved eating meals on the back porch. The drive to All Star Village was a little far, but we knew that going into it. It was a cozy place to come back to after long days at the ballpark and we were able to cook meals there, the kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to beautiful downtown Cooperstown and the owner was very responsive and helpful!“

„Stayed here during Induction Weekend 2025. Immaculate and comfortable house, an easy fifteen minute drive from Cooperstown. We very much appreciated the fresh eggs and access to folding chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. This was the perfect home base for our visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame!“

„This place is incredible. Every single detail was thought over. We especially appreciated the guide book for local sites and eating. This was a last minute find for us for a baseball tournament after another place fell through and let me tell you how happy I am that it happened the way it did. „The house was exactly as described and just what all our families needed for our stay during Cooperstown week! House was clean and all was available that was shown in amenities. The only issue was the grill was pretty dirty that we had to clean it very thoroughly to use it and we could have use at least one big pot for cooking.
