The Space:

Welcome to One Paralia, a modern and comfortable building in one of Playa del Carmen’s most convenient locations.



This listing includes nine similar studio apartments managed by our team. Each studio features a comfortable king-size bed, a private outdoor patio, a functional kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fan, WiFi, and a modern bathroom.



Because this is a multi-unit listing, the exact view and layout may vary depending on the apartment assigned. Some studios face the front of the building, others face the back, and one ground-floor unit features a larger private patio. Please review all listing photos carefully to see the different apartment layouts and views.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing breakfast, snacks, and light meals, including:

A complimentary starter kit is provided upon arrival with toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and shampoo. These items are not restocked during the stay; if you need more, you’ll need to purchase them locally.

Linen and towel changes, as well as full cleaning services, are available for an additional fee. Daily cleaning is not included and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Please take good care of the linens and towels. Do not use them to clean floors or remove makeup, as this may result in additional charges.

The area is ideal for guests who want to explore Playa del Carmen on foot, with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops, beach clubs, and nightlife all nearby. Despite its central location, the building offers a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the city.



Getting Around:

The location is highly walkable:

- Approximately 3 minutes to Hilton Beach

- Approximately 10 minutes to Mamitas Beach

- Less than a block to 5th Avenue

- Restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance

- Taxis and rideshares readily available nearby



A car is not necessary for most stays. Parking may be available upon arrival, subject to confirmation with reception.

- This is a multi-unit listing with nine similar studio apartments.

- The assigned apartment may vary in view, floor, and patio size. Please review the photos carefully before booking.

- One of the nine units is located on the ground floor and has a larger patio.

- Complimentary starter kit provided on arrival with toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and shampoo. These items are not restocked.

- Salt, oil, and pepper may be available upon request. Please request them before 5:00 PM.

- Daily cleaning is not included.

- Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are available for an additional fee and require at least 24 hours’ notice.

- Parking is subject to availability and must be confirmed with reception.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is billed separately.

- For stays of 7 nights or longer, a mandatory weekly linen and towel change applies at an additional cost.

- Travel crib available for $15 USD per stay, including mattress, sheets, and blanket. Availability is limited and advance confirmation is required.
