I had to get the keys from a convenience store and talked to someone who barely spoke English. The entire transaction seemed super shady. „The location was fantastic- easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit by bus and tube. Borough market was a great place for food shopping! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.We got a quick and effective response when we locked ourselves out.
