„Next day upon arrival we were invited by a mayan shaman to a ceremony. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, we witnessed together the wonderful ceremony, it was an amazing experience! They upgraded our room and we had an incredible view, we were also lucky to bring binoculars and a tripod, so we were able to see the birds closer and we took incredible pictures. The hotel is clean, the food is fantastic, i loved the breakfast chia and avocado bowls. We will surely stay there again. Gracias ...

„Großartige ruhige Anlage, sehr schöne, luxuriös wirkende details, Frühstück und Massage am Strand:-) bestes Essen im Vergleich zu den hotels nebenan, idyllische cenote mit Süsswasser in fussnähe- tulum mit Taxi gut erreichbar, leiderviele Algen, aber man kann durch den Steg weiter draußen ins Meer 🌊 Schnorchel und Kanu uns subboard inbegriffen- nur ziemliche zugig, da alles offen, auch das Restaurant “

Mietwagen von Vorteil, Tulum ist zu Fuß nicht erreichbar, es stehen aber immer Taxis vorm Hotel. Frühstück war perfekt, es gab eine riesen Auswahl, sowohl süß als auch deftig. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. “
