„We had a wonderful time at the condo! The grounds of Kingsmill are beautiful. The condo was spacious and so tastefully decorated. Lots of space to spread out and all the conveniences you could want. „Close to metro one direction. The walk to the metro not the best area. But the walk the other direction is great. Wonderful market across the street. Many great restaurants nearby within walking distances. The apartment is very nice. Living are is a bit small for 6 adults but manageable. We had a wonderful visit.“

„This timeshare/condo property was so lovely! Each morning we enjoyed driving a short distance to explore Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, and other local spots. Then we’d come back to our condo for lunch and afternoon swim time with the kids. The pool was always clean and filled with clean towels to use. The entire property was well maintained and lovely; wish we had made time to walk. One afternoon we saw like 5 deer on the property. My kids also enjoyed borrowing dvds and playing mini golf. ...

„The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our short trip to VA. I couldnt believe how big the beds and bedrooms were! The only downside was that the reserved parking spot rules arent followed at the building. We had to park on the street. Thankfully it was close and that didnt cause any issues.“

„Location, location, location! Only 1/2 block off Main Street. Everything walkable. The owner was attentive but not obtrusive. There are a lot of stairs in the apartment, as stated in the overview. I am 80 and it was not a problem for me, however might be a consideration for others. Such an enjoyable stay!“

„Very clean 1 bedroom property. Had lots of great amenities that made my stay very comfortable. 10 minute walk to Metro, which was what I needed to be a tourist and go to my conference. Nice outside table that I enjoyed in the evening. Wonderful street nearby with great restaurants and stores. Helpful hosts. I would stay here again 😀“
