« From the beginning until the end the listers were very receptive. The listing was precisely as described. Very clean! Soap, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided There were even K cups for the Keurig which made my mornings better. WiFi was strong. I chose to stay farther from the conference center (about 1mi) than my colleagues. I walked a few times which was about 25 minutes and took an electric scooter the rest of the time. « Mignon petit appartement très calme dans un quartier résidentiel avec de magnifiques maisons (il faut se promener autour). L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir National Mall (à quelques stations de métro) Idéal pour un couple en voyage pour quelques jours. Les propriétaires sont discrets (ils habitent en haut) et répondent rapidement. Nous étions avec nos enfants (8 et 11 ans) qui dormaient dans le divan-lit juste à côté du lit. Ce dernier est un peu bruyant (quand les enfants bougent)....

« Had a really nice stay at this property. You can tell the owners put a lot of work in to provide a nice clean place for people to stay. The kitchen feature was great to minimize having to eat out and location was great with a giant supermarket, cvs and walgreens near by as well as a really great restaurant the celtic house all walkable. Owner of property was very nice and and answered my questions promptly. Would definitely stay again if was in the area and the owners would have me. »

« This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. « Spring Break trip to DC. We chose to stay outside the city and this was the perfect location. Walking distance from the Amtrak station and a subway stop literally across the street. There are also numerous places to eat and a grocery store right there in the immediate area. The owner communicated with us very well regarding the check in process and how to access the residence.
