Cabanes à Central-Leatherstocking

« It is an older property which has been updated with the necessaries, including kitchen and bath. We chose it for the location but mainly, because we were able to bring our two dogs. There were six of us and although the cottage was cozy, we were perhaps a bit cramped. That would not have been an issue but a rainy week forced us inside more than we would have liked. The location is beautiful - very close to First Lake and right off of Hollywood Road. The side road was excellent for dog walking...

« We stayed for Baseball HOF weekend. Easy 25 minute drive to Cooperstown. Perfect setting in the woods for our family of five. Kids loved of loft sleeping areas. Host was very responsive to my questions and kind. Great place and would stay there again when visiting! »

« My cousins and I very much enjoyed our 2nd stay at the Matteson’s rental cabin. It’s the perfect home base for a trip to Old Forge. It has everything you need - comfy beds, a nice bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge, microwave, and regular coffee maker, and a fire pit. We were grateful for the air conditioning too. Bridget is a kind and responsive host. We hope to come back ASAP! :) »

« We stayed 3 nites.This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very clean, Perfect amount of space, we prepared dinner on the grill 1st nite and we used the kitchen stove the 2nd nite. We liked the screened in porch. Good hangout for us and the dog. My husbanc had the knowledge to run the generator, the battery pack and all the other ways to maintain a great stay. I we come around again we would definately stay again. Thankyou and Peace »
