House was acceptable and nice, nothing too extravagant. While it has 7 bedrooms, 2 are secluded through a locked exterior door. The beach 4 blocks away, not 1. There is NO concierge as listed. The host was well-intentioned and responsive but it was rarely helpful. I picked the place because of a concierge, but still had to find and book everything myself. The house is in two perimeters of gated communities so taxi access is nearly impossible. The provided address was wrong (and still is), so finding the house was incredibly difficult, and we interupted the people at the incorrect address, who told us this was common. The host uses Hosteando, an extra layer of difficulty rather than through VRBO where I booked. Email was the only way to communicate, as no phone number was ever provided. So when we were lost finding the place, after ten minutes I got an email saying "send me a picture of where you are." How is a picture of me standing in a random dark street going to help the host help me find the house? And without texting or a phone, how would I upload such a useless picture into VRBO? I've stayed at many properties touted to be as nice of this one, and this was nothing special. The pool (main pic of the listing) is about the size of a large hot tub, not heated, and was dirty. Only one set of keys to the beach, so hopefully your group wants to all go at the same time. Again, the host tried but fell short in delivering the advertised experience. And VRBO support was useless.
