Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Staff - 10/10
The staff is truly wonderful - everyone is kind, helpful, and genuinely tries their best.
A very special thank you to our concierge Emilio - he was amazing and really made a difference during our stay.
Food - 9/10
The food quality was very good, especially at the Preferred Club restaurants. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches there, and the service was excellent.
We only reduced one point because of the long waiting times for dinner. Most evenings we had to wait 45–60 minutes (or longer) to be seated, and the waiting lists made dining feel a bit inconvenient.
Resort building & rooms - 8/10
The main downside for us was the condition of the resort itself. The building and rooms feel quite dated.
We also noticed a sewer smell in the bathrooms and poor ventilation, especially in the mornings, which made the rooms feel less comfortable.
Beach area
The resort is located in a bay, and the water was very shallow with a muddy bottom, rocks, and seaweed. While it felt safe for small children, it wasn’t ideal for swimming, diving, or truly enjoying the Caribbean Sea. We didn’t get to experience the beautiful turquoise water we were hoping for.
