Hôtel près de Boutique du Cirque du Soleil à Vidanta Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

« Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. We really enjoyed the meal at Woodend, breakfast was great, but found the lunch/dinner food at Casa Mayor to be a bit mediocre. Spa was wonderful, Claudia gave a great massage and the hydrotherapy pools are a nice touch. Also very...

« Propre et tranquille personnel acceuillant »

« We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. « Great place »

La plage doit être parfaite quand il n’y a pas de sargasses. Quand nous y étions, les plages de playa del carmen ont été envahies...dommage »

« They clean the playa all the days »

« C’est un site merveilleux mais les prix n’ont aucun bon sens. Vraiment trop cher pour y séjourner ( restauration et bar, spa). Vraiment exagéré!! Je n’y retournerais pas pour cette raison mais spectaculaire à voir »
