Ok, so I will get this out of the way, I liked it. It could be much better, which is why it doesn't deserve 5 stars, but read my review to see why. The staff, for the most part, is very friendly. We were greeted by the attendant and he (JaAir (no idea how to spell it) was really nice. The lady who cleans the room and makes breakfast was also really nice. For our family, this side of the island is quieter, and that was amazing. If we had stayed on the north side of the island, we would have left. What would make this place better, update the rooms, they were clean but you can tell the salt air wears them. The air conditioning was great. Dishes and stuff were fine. The shower head should be replaced. It says spa, but it didn't have a spa feel. We reserved the hot tub, but we had to figure that out; they never said how that worked, so that was a bit annoying. The breakfast is not breakfast, it is a few snack breads with some fruit, wish it was more, or had a community dinner one night a week. The pool is nice, but dang, it is too cold. The ocean was much warmer. Rent a golf cart first thing and use it all week. This is off the beaten path. Eat at Ulan within a mile walking. Hotwater takes longer than it should, so be patient. I like this place and would love to say more, but I'm limited on the number of characters.
