« Nice resort! Several pools, including shallow ones for our toddler, and easy walking distance across the resort to the beach. Colin's Grill onsite had good service and tasty food. We had a good time. »

« Did not know that there was going to be a $300 security deposit, payable in cash or card. The one bedroom we stayed in was excellent and comfortable. All pools were open and steps away from the beach. Only major complaint is the elevators are small and hot. »

« One of the room air conditioning was not working properly so could not sleep all night . Plus on main door electrical key pad lock was not working either . What a scam . Owner was not co operative to get us another room in the middle of night »

« In general the property was clean with basic amenities. The property isn't located where it was stated. It's actually located across from the shipyard and that was our "ocean view". There was construction on both side of the property. It was advertised on expedia as "all pets stay free" (it's been changed) when we were checking in they said the property does not allow pets. After a call to the manager they honored our pets. After we checked in the elevator quit working for the rest of the day...

« Despite the location on the border of an autoroute, the hotel is close to Contensa, to the Bosque Chapulteque and to the av de la Reforma, thus very functional by walk. The hotel is secured by attendants at the door, and very clean. English is not common but so is it in Mexico city. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse is definitively a plus. We stayed more than a week. I highly recommend V65. »

« Me gustó mucho el lugar en general, amplio estacionamiento, espacios amplios en toda la instalación, habitación muy limpia y con todos los servicios y amenidades. Alberca con agua caliente, tal vez hay pocos camastros en la zona de la alberca. No me gustó: Que la gente mete bebidas a la alberca y deja botes y botellas en el piso creo que faltan contenedores de basura grandes y visibles además de anuncios de que no está permitido dejar basura en el lugar. Por lo demás, espero con ansia el...
