« It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. »

« El cuarto estaba sucio, estaba lleno de polvo las cosas y en uno de los nightstand tenía hasta los plásticos de etiqueta me imagino de los huéspedes anteriores y que no limpiaron, también tenía una gotera en el baño que derramaba agua al piso y era peligroso de resbalarse, se comunicó y no se solucionó siguió con el derrame, también la puerta corrediza no cierra bien y se escuchaba horrible el aire de afuera pagué demasiado para que el cuarto no estuviera limpio ni adecuado para la estancia »

« Price is not bad but balcony had a huge crack across the door upon arrival,I was worried all night that the door was going to shatter since there was very strong winds all night. I communicated with host about the door as soon as we walked in and saw the crack but had no response, bedroom sheets were dirty and appeared not to be washed upon our arrival. We found stains on sheets and 5 red hairs on them. I had to wash everything before sleeping on the bed. I communicated this with host and also...

« Despite the location on the border of an autoroute, the hotel is close to Contensa, to the Bosque Chapulteque and to the av de la Reforma, thus very functional by walk. The hotel is secured by attendants at the door, and very clean. English is not common but so is it in Mexico city. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse is definitively a plus. We stayed more than a week. I highly recommend V65. »
