« Nice resort! Several pools, including shallow ones for our toddler, and easy walking distance across the resort to the beach. Colin's Grill onsite had good service and tasty food. We had a good time. »

« One of the room air conditioning was not working properly so could not sleep all night . Plus on main door electrical key pad lock was not working either . What a scam . Owner was not co operative to get us another room in the middle of night »

« It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. »

« Despite the location on the border of an autoroute, the hotel is close to Contensa, to the Bosque Chapulteque and to the av de la Reforma, thus very functional by walk. The hotel is secured by attendants at the door, and very clean. English is not common but so is it in Mexico city. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse is definitively a plus. We stayed more than a week. I highly recommend V65. »

« The place was neat and clean, but we were very disappointed. We mainly chose this room because of the outdoor hot tub, and unfortunately it was out of service. There was also no outdoor furniture to sit on and enjoy the space. One of the chairs inside the hot tub was broken as well. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache every morning, which made our stay less enjoyable. Overall, while the condo was clean, the missing amenities and uncomfortable bed were...
