Nothing special. Resort was severely overcrowded. Because of that, food was no good unless you were lucky enough to get a reservation at an a la carte restaurant. Good luck with that unless you're a member. Breakfast was especially chaotic and disappointing. Our son picked up whatever virus/food borne illness was going around. Multiple staff walked by our vomiting kid as we tried to help him without a second glance. Finally one kind waiter noticed us, brought cold towels and got the right people's attention. The resort paid for our doctor visit, but never admitted to knowing about an outbreak (which we found out about the next day from coming across many more sick kids). "$300 Resort Credit" is a coupon book of $20 here and there that adds up to 300. We didn't use a single one. Staff snickered when we asked if there were any local concerns about cartel violence in relation to our gov't briefly putting Cancun under Shelter in Place orders. Pools were nice and water slides were lots of fun. This place could be really nice if it weren't so crowded and had a more engaging staff.
