Overall a Good Experience with Some Disappointments
We recently stayed at Dreams Natura for five nights, and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel has a luxurious feel, with beautiful grounds, clean pools, and plenty of activitiesâespecially for kids. In fact, five nights didnât feel like enough time to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer.
The kids absolutely loved the water park, slides, and outdoor spaces. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the environment around the hotel was truly enjoyable.
However, there are a few things I feel other travelers should be aware of:
Food & Dining:
We specifically chose this resort based on the great reviews about the food qualityâbut unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations, especially at the buffet.
âą For the first three days, the food variety was limited and the quality of the chicken and beef dishes wasnât great.
âą While the buffet staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate custom orders, the overall dining experience was disappointing.
âą It was also extremely difficult to reserve the specialty restaurants through the app, as it kept showing everything as âfullâ each night. We were only able to secure a reservation for the hibachi restaurant after speaking with the staff at the lobby in person. The hibachi food was good (with the exception of the fried ice cream dessert, which had a burnt oil taste).
