Hôtel près de Boutique du Cirque du Soleil à Vidanta Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

« Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. We really enjoyed the meal at Woodend, breakfast was great, but found the lunch/dinner food at Casa Mayor to be a bit mediocre. Spa was wonderful, Claudia gave a great massage and the hydrotherapy pools are a nice touch. Also very...

« Accueil excellent , propreté, confort , rien à redire »

« Propre et tranquille personnel acceuillant »

« We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

« Great place »

« I really love this property ! The surroundings were beautiful- very green and lush, room was impeccably clean, very attentive staff , beautiful pools, very well maintained gym and great food. There were some nice on-site activities as well - recommend the boat tour and cacao ceremony, both of which were done beautifully. Be mindful of the cost of room service which was quite exorbitant and not worth it given the portion sizes. The hotel transfers are also quite costly so consider taking a taxi...
