Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Pros:
Smaller condo complex, which I liked—it wasn’t overly busy, and most days we had the rooftop almost to ourselves. The pool was small and the water was cold, but it was still a nice place to hang out. The rooms were spacious, the AC worked well, WiFi was good, showers were hot, and the beds were semi-comfortable. The kitchen area was helpful, though it only had the bare basics. Staff were friendly, and the location was great—close to everything.
Cons:
It can be noisy due to music across the street every night. There also seemed to be renovations happening, as we constantly heard chairs being dragged across the floor at all hours, sometimes as early as 6 a.m. and as late as midnight, which was very annoying. Housekeeping didn’t come every day, which was frustrating since we often needed our garbage emptied.
One of the biggest issues was in our specific room: the balcony sliding door locks if you close it fully while you’re outside, which can leave you stuck on the balcony. This is a serious safety concern, especially for children or elderly guests. We actually got stuck, and luckily I had my phone and was able to call my family in another room so they could contact the front desk to come open it. This really needs to be fixed, or at least there should be a large warning sign. It’s natural to close the balcony door to keep the heat out, so this isn’t something most people would think to check.
Overall I would recommend staying here!
