„They claim to be 5 stars, but some staff were very impolite and rude. They claim to adapt themselves to the clients but they don't. They try to sell memberships to avoid hotels.com and Expedia... Additionally, it is very complicated to organize a trip to a place outside of the hotel, seeing as the hotel tries to push the client to consume their packages which are quite expensive. The beach in the hotel was closed due to dirtiness, whereas the beaches in the "zona hotelera Cancun" were clean. In ...

„The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.“

„Sehr lecker“

„Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit, super shuttleservice“

„It was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Probably the best, and I have been to many. The quality of the infrastructure and the staff were really 5 star.“

„All was perfect!“

„Room and property were gorgeous. Staff were super sweet as well. Only drawback is that the food was absolutely disgusting which was shocking considering the food at the St Thomas location was 5 star quality.“
