« Most beautiful room I've ever seen! I highly recommend the swim out. The hotel is new very clean. I would definitely go back. The only thing I did not like is not having access to a buffet for dinner. Other than that perfect trip. »

« Site parfait! »

« Our stay at the Grand Sirenis Resort was incredible. The resort, paths, pool and beach are breathtaking. The entertainment employees were friendly and entertaining, especially Erik and Cecilio. The concierges at our building were very welcoming and helpful, so a big thank you to Adair, Luis, Jorge and Yessica. And Eduardo from Guest Services was a pleasant surprise to our stay. Every time he checked in on us, it was warm and friendly and we felt like if there were any issues, he would help us...

« Loved this place wow »

« This is an exceptional hotel and location both in the middle of a luxurious jungle with animals (coatis, raccoons, iguanas etc…) and by the sea. The room was well equipped and maintained with a small pool to linger at the end of the day. The hotel has many very large pools and many qualitative options to eat (Mediterranean, Mexican, Thai, Japanese). The staff is extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to return ! »

« i want to preface this with the knowledge that we were at the resort during low season so some things were scaled down. the grounds are beautiful and the landscaping is well kept. lots of animals/birds to see. staff were mostly decent but only a few were above average. buffet food was very repetitive in all the hotels as we made our way around trying to find the best option. (more on this later) the ala cart's we booked were mediocre at best. the carts to take you around are plentiful and always...

« Très on séjour personnel au top »

« Parfait ! »

« Belle plage »

« I booked this hotel for my mom, my niece and myself and was hesitant to stay in El Centro but it was the best decision for Tulum. The Villa was more than perfect for three people and we each had our own room, bathroom and view. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by Gus. Raul, Pablo and Frank were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Their level of service was truly what you hope for from a five-star experience. ...
